Field Manager/Operations Manager

Fast growing Commercial Painting company in Buda, TX hiring a Field Manager/Operations Manager

Responsibilities:

- Manage and oversee field operations, ensuring projects are completed on time and within budget

- Coordinate with clients, subcontractors, and internal teams to ensure smooth project execution

- Develop and maintain project schedules, including resource allocation and task assignments

- Monitor project progress and provide regular updates to stakeholders

- Conduct site visits to ensure quality control and compliance with safety regulations

- Resolve any issues or conflicts that arise during project implementation

- Provide guidance and support to field staff, including training and performance evaluations

- Collaborate with the sales team to identify new business opportunities

Experience:

- Proven experience in project management or field operations management

- Strong leadership skills with the ability to effectively manage a team

- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

- Knowledge of commercial paint industry practices and regulations

- Proficient in project management software and tools

- Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks in a fast-paced environment

- Problem-solving skills with a proactive approach to finding solutions

-Bilingual is a plus

Salary: $65,000-$75,000 per year
