What You’ll Do:

Diagnose and repair heavy equipment (Ditch Witch)

Troubleshoot hydraulic and electrical systems using advanced tools.

Perform maintenance, rebuild pumps and motors, and ensure safety compliance.

Collaborate with a team of professionals while maintaining clear communication.

Keep your workspace organized and OSHA-compliant.

Stay ahead with ongoing OEM training and skill development.

What We’re Looking For:

Must-Haves:

3+ years of heavy equipment repair experience.

Your own tools (hand tools, air tools, impact tools, etc.).

Ability to work 9-hour shifts and maintain excellent attendance.

Strong diagnostic skills with hydraulic meters, volt meters, and Bluetooth tools.

Comfortable using Microsoft Office, CDK DMS, and service apps.

Nice-to-Haves:

CDL license.

Welding skills.

Bilingual abilities.

Experience with Ditch Witch equipment.
