Part time Handyman wanted. $30.00 per hour. 6 to 12 hours per week. During weekdays. In Tarrytown.

Work needed. Some or all of the following by category. Electrical - Replace one ceiling fan, install two light kits to other existing fans, add light switch to existing three way circuit, add duplex outlet to existing outlet on opposite side of same wall; Ladder work - Clean gutters and add gutter screens, hang window screens; Painting - Repaint some kitchen cabinets and kitchen wood trim; Carpentry - Replace some wooden fence posts and some wooden pickets, Remove one door, one door frame, put up a few 2x4 studs to fill in the space, install drywall on the wooden studs, tape,float, texture, and paint the new drywall.

Background check by owner. Have 2 to 3 recent local work references. Have a Texas drivers license.
