Must be great at organizing, will be hauling things off, maintaining properties. A shop, studio, mancave, dock. Lots of different tasks.

Traits to have; punctual, honest, reliable trustworthy.

Can think outside the box, multi-tasking is huge, figure things out, can think and make decisions in real time.

Must do a phone or zoom interview to start with then an in person meeting.

Truck or van preferable.

Computer literate.

Will work for owner on private properties.

Smart phone, able to text and email.

Can be part time or full time.
