I need nonsmoking ,pickup for transportation preferred and SSN . people who are experienced in makereadies. I need personal who i don't need to babysit. Consistent speed in their work ethic. These are unoccupied houses that we get ready to rent .This work is all over Austin metro and surrounding cities.

Which involves painting . fencing,landscaping,faucets, fans , flush mount lights , etc.

Starting pay is $20 per hour until I see what you can do.Wednesday ends the week to be paid that Friday. Contract labor 1099.
