G & S Mechanical LLC is looking for a Lead HVAC Installer who is the Best of the Best! Join a Team that truly cares about you, your family, your income and your overall success. Looking for residential new construction rough in/installer.

- Earn up to $150,000 - Piecework $500-$1500 per job, plus hourly work

- Annual Christmas Bonus and company Christmas party.

- Rough-ins pay between $1500-2500.

Minimum general requirements:

2 years experience

EPA certification

Valid Texas driver's license and an insurable driving record

Ability to pass background check

Must be able to work without constant supervision

Familiar with commercial and residential systems

Familiar with all kinds of ductwork

Dependable and self-motivated

Skill Requirements:

Show attention to detail on all jobs.

Maintain company truck, tools, and inventory to insure productivity.

Lead crews in order to get jobs done efficiently and correctly.

Accurately fill out daily paperwork, including time sheets and work orders.

Install various heating and air conditioning systems.

Install various types of ductwork.
