Roofing Field Supervisor

Restoration Builders is a residential and commercial contractor operating within the United States. Their mission is to protect, restore, and build properties, strengthen families, and support the community.

We are looking for a reliable and experienced individual to join our team as a Roofing Field Supervisor. You will oversee crew management, project coordination, safety protocols, and client satisfaction in this role. The ideal candidate will possess excellent leadership skills and a solid commitment to teamwork.

Responsibilities:

Conduct in-person inspections to ensure superior workmanship, quality, and aesthetic appeal at assigned job sites.

Must be capable of ascending roofs, carrying ladders, and consistently adhering to appropriate Personal Protective Equipment (PPE) requirements.

Take proactive measures to prevent leaks by remaining vigilant about weather conditions, inspecting dry-ins and roofs, and addressing potential problems promptly and efficiently.

Ensure adherence to our standard roofing installation protocol for all shingle roofs.

Monitor the proper installation of materials according to specifications for other services, including gutters, siding, metal roofs, etc.

On-site review of material drops, job site setup/safety, and proficient execution of pre-job inspections.

Foster positive relationships with homeowners, crews, city inspectors, sales representatives, and other relevant stakeholders.

Report any unforeseen discrepancies promptly to the manager, sales representative, and customer.

Provide comprehensive field reports to the manager to maintain effective communication and transparency.

Investigate warranty claims, such as leaks or problem repairs, and take appropriate corrective actions.

Capture and document photographic evidence during various job stages for the manager and City Building Inspectors, ensuring timely uploading into our job tracking software.

Minimum Qualifications:

Two to three years of relevant roofing experience.

Exceptional ability to build rapport, deliver presentations, and respond to inquiries from managers, clients, customers, and the public.

Proficiency in resolving conflicts with customers and employees, seeking resolutions that satisfy all parties involved.

Strong aptitude for interpreting written or oral instructions effectively.

Basic computer skills required.

Valid Driver’s License with a clean driving record.

Compensation and Benefits:

Competitive compensation of $30,000 with a bonus plan allows for potential earnings ranging from $70,000 to $90,000.

Company health insurance is available from the 1st day of the month following 60 days of employment.

Eighty hours of vacation time during the first year.

Forty hours of sick time will be provided after 90 days.
