I am a 35-year-old male software developer and startup founder. I’ve had my share of success and the scars that come with it. For my next venture launching in 2026, I am intentionally designing my life to include high-level physical fitness as a core pillar.

I am currently skinny fat at 150 lbs and want to be less cringy and pool-ready by summer, but the larger goal is building a sustainable, athletic foundation.

The Logistics:

Location: My apartment gym in Downtown (Free parking provided).

Schedule: Extremely flexible. I can book anytime 12 PM – 5 PM or 5 PM – 12 AM.

Frequency: 2x per week.

Rate: $75/hr CASH (Negotiable for the right candidate/qualifications).

The Mission: I am a high-performer, but a beginner in the gym. I need a lead for my body who can manage the transition from ground zero to an athletic build.

The Goal: Reversing skinny fat. Muscle growth and fat loss (recomposition).

Safety First: I’ve had coordination issues and minor injuries in the past when trying to go it alone. I need a trainer who who prioritizes mechanics and form so I can eventually apply high intensity without breaking.

Mindset: I have no ego and I am highly coachable. I eat healthy and I follow through on plans.

Who I am looking for:

Preference: Military, veterans, emergency responders, and former/current athletes. I value the discipline, "mission-first" mentality, and the high movement standards inherent in these backgrounds.

To Apply: Please submit your background and qualifications. I’m interested in your experience with beginners, your athletic history, and how you approach form and injury prevention for clients with coordination challenges.
