What We Do:

Join our dynamic team and cater to families who have actively sought our services through our world-class lead system.

We are looking to hire and train new INDEPENDENT LIFE INSURANCE AGENTS. You must be coachable, adaptable, eager to learn. You’ll work hard alongside some of the industry’s top earners allowing you access to their expertise and finally earn what you are worth.

Our industry has proven to be recession-resistant and pandemic-proof. We have switched to a virtual setting to protect our ability to earn an income. No in-home appointments or meetings required.

An ideal candidate is a person who has specific personal and professional goals and is looking for an industry-leading company and mentor to support them. Applicants must be self-motivated, possess strong leadership skills, have a customer service attitude, integrity, a desire for professional development, be willing to learn, and have exceptional people skills.

How We Do It:

You will work remotely from anywhere, part time or full time allowing you to set your own schedule. As you grow your personal production and build your own agency, there are literally no limits on your income. No experience necessary.

We do not do any cold calling; we have warm leads across the country and not enough people to call them. You will be selling life insurance to people who have already reached out and asked for someone to help them protect their families. We have an amazing leads system where you get the opportunity to purchase your leads based on your budget so you don't have to bug your friends and family for sales. Our world class lead system ensures you have the contacts to be successful.

This is a 1099 commission-only role with lucrative compensation, offering the freedom to work entirely remotely.

Currently, we’re looking for both full-time and part-time agents, and the average annual earnings range from $30K - $100K Part-Time to $75K - $300K based on individual performance.

Because it is a highly regulated industry, you will need to get licensed, but we will help you with that. If you are already licensed, you can be onboarded in a matter of days!
