Bilingual leasing agent

We are seeking a motivated bilingual Leasing Person that has a strong marketing background.

Required Skills and Experience:

One (1) year of apartment industry experience is desired.

Must be fluent in English and Spanish

Excellent customer service skills

Strong sales, leasing, and marketing skills

Valid driver's license and reliable transportation required.

Ability to learn quickly.

Comply with federal Fair Housing laws, statutes and regulations, as well as local laws and ordinances.
