Payless Insulation | $18–$20/hr (DOE)

Payless Insulation is a well-established insulation contractor with over 45 years of experience, proudly serving both Houston and Austin. We’re excited to announce that our Austin office is moving to a brand-new, upgraded location—and we’re looking for a reliable and bilingual Receptionist to be the face of our front desk!

What You’ll Do:

Answer and direct incoming calls (Bilingual required – English & Spanish)

Greet visitors and make a great first impression for clients and partners

Sort and distribute mail and packages

Assist with scheduling, creating work orders, and processing billing

Support basic office tasks including file organization and data entry

Help customers with questions about their bills and services

Maintain a clean, organized, and welcoming front desk area
