Media Riders Inc. is looking for a 2nd shift Mail Production Supervisor for one of our Leading Clients in Austin, TX. Our client is a well-established Fortune 500 company and industry leader. They are a fast paced, high-energy environment where you will be required to use critical thinking and attention to detail in your day-to-day duties. Mail Production Associate responsibilities include setting up and operating equipment used to fold, match and insert multiple pieces of printed material into an envelope and receiving, reviewing and electronically logging customer jobs and sorting & processing mail documents, packages and supplies.

All employment is contingent on successful completion of drug and background screening.​

This position includes:

Available Shift: 2rd shift 2pm - 10pm Sunday thru Thursday

The ideal candidate will possess the following requirements:

6 months of related mailroom experience desired, but not required

Experience leading & managing a production team of individuals to meet deadlines or goals

Mandatory Requirements:

· Must be flexible and able to work overtime hours as business demands

Possess a valid Driver’s License or Identification Card
