Facilites Maintenance Manager

Rapidly growing manufacturing company is seeking a Facility Maintenance Manager. The ideal candidate will show proven reliability, pay close attention to detail, self-motivated, coachable, and an exceptionally strong leader who is willing to embrace the challenge head on and take charge from day one.

This position is responsible for overseeing the maintenance, inspection, and repair of all facility systems, work equipment and machines, address and fix any safety concerns, contribute to the development of policies and procedures-, short- and long-term goals, maintenance budget and ensure federal and state compliance, assist in establishing safety training needs and curriculum, being the liaison between maintenance and other departments.

The Maintenance manager also directly manages and supervises all departmental staff. Duties include but not limited to:

Plan, Organize and Manage Maintenance Schedules

Prepare, Develop, and Implement improvement measures, quality, and/or performance.

Develop all safety material training and regulatory compliance.

Inspect all facility systems to determine any issues and necessary maintenance.

Actively participate in the coordination of special projects, “renovations”
