CAD DRAFTSMAN/DRAFTSWOMAN FOR LANDSCAPE DESIGN WANTED

Hello World, I am in need of a skilled CAD draftsman/ draftswoman.

I have a small high-end residential landscape design and installation business.

90% of the work I need is CAD. On rare occasions I might have a client who cannot visualize things and a REVIT/ 3D rendering is needed.

I have done this for 21 years. My process is simple and straight forward. I get the property survey from the client. I need that turned into a blank base-map. I hand draw the design onto said map and return it to the draftsman/woman who then turns it into a CAD design. In addition to the design I need cut sheets/ contact sheets, usually formatted 11x17 with images of all plants and materials suggested in the design. I will provide those images.

My logo, property address, scale and compass should be included on all pages.

I have worked remotely with the same draftswoman for several years. She is wonderful but has recently had a lifestyle change and is not able to keep up with the work in a timely manner.
