Online Marketing and PR Director for Growth Coaching Company

We are a growth coaching company looking to hire an Online Marketing and PR Director to support us in one goal: GROW OUR FOLLOWING!

We believe that God has given all of dreams and those dreams hold the answers to most of this world's problems IF we would get the dreams on the inside of us out in the world around us.

Our great mission is to help people get unstuck and clear so they can chase the dreams that God's given them to make this world a better place!

We are looking for someone who is versed in social media channels (primarily Instagram, YouTube, and Facebook). We will need you to

Leverage content

Create and follow an editorial content – create cohesiveness, point everything to a target

Run ads

Boost posts

Manage daily posts and engagement

Help with YouTube monetization

Email Marketing

We will also need you to help in the process of writing and creating press releases (includes distribution, partnerships with other bloggers, and outreach to publications).

We need help with City outreach so as we travel the country that includes doing research, making calls, getting us in front of as many people and groups as possible.

And last but not least, we need help with our Book Launch! Our book is LIVE January 15th so we need help with the marketing, PR, and all the details that IT is going to require.

THIS IS A PERFECT FIT FOR YOU IF: You’re versed in all of the above but even more so, excited to learn more! You consider yourself quite the achiever. You are very goal oriented. You are a task master but also a “figure it out” kind of person. You are organized, a great double, triple checker, slightly perfectionist but also really good at getting going and perfecting as you go! You are someone who wants to change the world and make it a better place. You want to be a part of a deeper conversation and your soul longs for more purpose, contribution and to be a part of something bigger than you!

Initially this will start out as a part time position, 15 hours a week, $18-20 per hour.

We will start out working a lot together on Zoom and the phone to find a groove but ultimately this can be something that you do from home, the mountains or on the beach. We do ask that you are available for weekly calls but otherwise, we don’t care when you work, just that you follow timelines and expectations.
