MARKETING COORDINATOR (IN-PERSON)

Full-time, in-person. Local driving required.

Must stay professional in a busy trade environment (calm, respectful, no drama).

ABOUT US

We’re a local plumbing & HVAC company known for expert technicians, clear communication, and fair pricing. We’re looking for someone to help us tell that story online with real job-site content.

THE ROLE

This is hands-on marketing. You will be in the field filming and photographing, then editing and posting consistently. This is not a passive desk role. You will have a consultant to guide you, but you must be self-motivated and able to stay on task.

DUTIES

Capture photo and video content on job sites (before/after, quick educational clips, team moments, behind-the-scenes).

Edit short videos for Reels and social posts.

Post consistently on Instagram, Facebook, and Google Business Profile.

Keep the tone calm, professional, and trustworthy (no hype).

Help with reviews, simple Canva graphics, flyers, and occasional community support.

MUST HAVES

Basic video editing experience.

Reliable transportation and comfort driving locally.

Comfortable learning filming, editing, and posting quickly.

Basic familiarity with Instagram/Facebook and Google Drive.

Strong follow-through, punctuality, and professionalism.

Comfortable being on job sites and speaking politely with homeowners and technicians.

NICE TO HAVE (NOT REQUIRED)

Interest in home services or local businesses.

Desire to grow into a larger marketing role.

NOT A FIT IF
