Carpet Cleaner Needed

We are looking for a carpet cleaner contractor we can use with our multi family business. You need your own van and equipment. We are looking to spend $25-30/room. Most of the apartments we come across only have carpet in the bedroom(s) and closet(s). We would need this to start as soon as possible. Must provide a W9 and insurance.
