Compensation: Starting at $20.00/hour (DOE) + $300 Sign-On Bonus

Position: Crew Leader / Driver

We are looking for a reliable and hardworking Crew Leader to join our team immediately. Prior experience in erosion control is a plus, but we are willing to train the right candidate.

Requirements:

Valid Texas driver’s license (clean record required)

Experience driving trailers

Reliable transportation

Ability to work in all weather conditions

Strong leadership and communication skills

Positive, team-oriented attitude

Responsibilities:

Lead a crew of 3 to 5 people

Communicate with field and construction managers throughout the day

Assist the crew with daily tasks

Ensure trucks and trailers are clean and well-maintained

Pay close attention to detail

Maintain a positive and professional attitude

Schedule & Advancement:

Hours: Monday – Friday, 6:30 AM – 3:00 PM
