Lead Installer for Insulation Company

We’re looking for a skilled and reliable Lead Residential Installer to join our team! In this role, you will:

Drive a box truck to job sites.

Communicate effectively with homeowners.

Lead and delegate tasks to ensure a smooth installation process.

Our work includes:

Blowing insulation into attics.

Pressure filling insulation through walls.

Installing batting insulation in walls and crawlspaces.

Requirements:

✅ Bilingual in English & Spanish.

✅ Valid driver’s license.

✅ 1+ year of experience working in attics (preferred).
