We are looking for a dependable and detail-oriented person to handle trash pickup at our three apartment properties in the Georgian Acres neighborhood, near 183 and I-35 in Austin. This is a great opportunity for someone who wants extra consistent income and is willing to work hard. If you prove to be reliable, there may be a chance for more work.

Pay: $22.50 per hour (paid every other week)

Schedule:

- Work will be 1-2 times a week at our three properties.

- We will discuss your availability and agree on set days and times for the work to be done.

Key Responsibilities:

- Walk the property, collect trash, and make sure the grounds look clean and well-kept.

- Take before photos of the site before starting work and after photos once the job is finished. If you cannot commit to taking before and after photos, this is not the right job for you.

Requirements:

- iPhone: Must have an iPhone to take photos and communicate with us.

- Attention to Detail: We take pride in the appearance of our property, and the way we manage trash reflects how much we care about our tenants. Your attention to detail is very important to us.

- Reliable Vehicle: You must have a truck to transport trash as needed.
