- You must have transportation to get to our truck that you will drive daily.

- Paid on the Job training - No experience required

Training consists of riding along with company owner for 1 to 2 weeks until you're comfortable performing all tasks.

We are seeking a pool technician to add to our growing team! Pool technicians will be responsible for servicing pools around the Austin area. Our pool technicians are required to drive a company truck to each customer's home, diagnose many types of maintenance issues, recommend maintenance options to customers, and complete all pool cleaning requirements with professionalism and service excellence. Paid training program starting day one to get you comfortable with pool cleaning and chemical balancing.

· You will be provided with:

o training

o shirts

o cleaning tools

o chemicals

o truck

- $15 / hour while training (1 to 2 weeks)

- $20 after training. More potential if you can do repairs. Plumbing experience helps.

Responsibilities include:

Calling me with any questions.

Documenting everything using our pool service app.

Maintain clean appearance and friendly positive attitude at all times with customers.

Exhibit professional conduct at all times, whether at the job site or driving company vehicles.

Must have and maintain current Driver's license and insurable record.

Demonstrate a high level of mental aptitude and physical ability.

Excellent communication and customer service skills.

Ability to prioritize work-load

Manage customer interaction with good composure.

Dependable and self-motivated with desire to work year-round.

Ability to take instruction and adapt to new methods/systems

Physical Demands with or without accommodations are not limited to:

Ability to drive a vehicle with automatic gear and enter/exit a truck or car.

Able to lift 50 lbs. or more.

Stand for extended periods of time

Repetitive lifting, twisting, bending, pulling, and pushing may be required.

Ability to work independently and maintain a schedule and workload

Ability to work outdoors at all times in all temperature ranges.
