Porter/Janitor

Locally owned commercial property management company seeking Day Porter/Janitor .

We are looking for a Day Porter/Janitor to take care of our buildings and carry out cleaning duties as well as preventive maintenance duties. The goal is to keep the building in a clean and orderly condition. (Pflugerville, North Austin area, Wells Branch area).

Monday-Friday 9:00am to 3:00pm.

Responsibilities:

- Clean and sanitize restrooms, break rooms, and other common areas

- Empty trash receptacles and replace liners as needed

- Sweep, mop, and vacuum floors

- Dust and wipe down surfaces

- Clean windows, glass partitions, and mirrors

- Restock supplies such as soap, paper towels, and toilet paper

- Follow established cleaning procedures and safety guidelines.

- Ability to respond quickly to emergencies

- Notify supervisor of any maintenance or repair needs

Job Type: 35 hours/ week

Pay: $15.00-18.00 dependent on experience

Experience& Skills:

-Bilingual preferred

-Valid Driver’s license

-Authorized to work in the US

-Attention to detail and ability to work independently and as part of a team
