Contractor

We're looking for a talented, detail-oriented handyman.

Must be experienced in projects like:

Replacing rotting exterior window trim and door casings

Re-painting the house

Building out a kitchen island, and or adding cabinets.

Picking up essential home supplies I buy on Facebook Marketplace and installing them

Replacing a toilet

Light electrical and plumbing

Ripping out old tile

Removing hot water heater and wiring in a tankless water heater.

Are you willing to run errands for me, pick up supplies, rent trailers, haul, etc, when needed? (I am sick with an autoimmune disease and need extra help. It will be paid at the hourly rate of $35.)

There are many other odd jobs.

We pay $35 an hour for experienced people who work at an average speed. $20 per hour is paid per helper if you need one sometimes. Some bigger projects will be bid-style.

Must speak English.

Must provide 3 handyman references

Must be an EXCELLENT communicator, willing to be talk to us about EVERYTHING. Must be willing to sign detailed, formal contracts for each job.

Jobs starts immediately.
