ROUTE DRIVER/SERVICE TECHNICIAN - $16-$19/hour

We have two (2) openings for FULL-TIME positions in the greater Austin area. The job entails driving a consistent daily route, working with apartment communities to optimize their waste streams, picking up and removing large bulk items with a truck equipped with a 16ft trailer and/or cleaning up specific areas around apartment communities. ROUTE DRIVERS earn $17-$19/hr depending on experience and skill level. SERVICE TECHNICIANS start at $16.00/hr and can earn up to $18.00/hour. We are a privately held 25+ year-old established company working for large apartment communities around Austin, San Antonio, Dallas and Houston areas as well as our home office in Phoenix, AZ. Our primary work is maintaining the appearance and cleanliness of large apartment communities. The hours are from 4 am to approximately 1-2pm daily. Workweek is usually Monday-Friday with occasional Saturdays if needed. We are seeking RELIABLE and STABLE full time (40-45 hrs per week) employees. This is not seasonal work. Additionally, we also work cleaning out abandoned apartment units on an as needed basis.

Some daily heavy lifting - up to 75 lbs - is part of the position. For ROUTE DRIVERS a valid driver's license and a good driving record are required. Drivers take home a company truck daily so personal vehicles are not necessary for work.
