Full Time Front Office Assistant

We are a well established Out Patient Hand Therapy Clinic located in South Austin off of Ben White and Manchaca. We have a fun and supportive atmosphere and are looking for a full time front office assistant M-F 8-5. Job duties include but are not limited to; answer phones, schedule patients, take copays, insurance verification, track new referrals, respond to emails, light cleaning. We have been in business for almost 20 years and are happy to say we still have some of the original employees so it is a nice place to work. Must be able to multitask, spanish speaking is a plus.
