Balcones Dental is seeking an experienced chairside assistant; we will consider any RDA with five years or more of experience. Our practice does all phases of general dental care from simple fillings to implant placement. You won't get bored! We don't hire "spit suckers"we hire people who enjoy dentistry, want to make a difference and want to take their career to the next level. Our doctors philosophy is he just wants to do dentistry and allow his assistant to take over and make it magic. ANDwe offer two bonus plans for simply doing what you are already good at.taking care of the practice and running your operatory!

In addition to a bonus plan

We are offering $23-26 per hour with excellent hours to beat Austin traffic. A four day work week, a week off at CHRISTMAS time that doesn't count against your vacation and doesn't affect your paycheck.
