Job Description:

As a Prep Cook at Suds Monkey Brewery & Pizza Kitchen, you will play an essential role in supporting our kitchen team by preparing fresh ingredients for our pizzas, sandwiches, and other menu items. Your responsibilities will include:

Responsibilities:

Accurately measure, chop, and prepare fresh ingredients following our recipes and guidelines.

Ensure all prep tasks are completed efficiently, maintaining a clean and organized work area.

Ensure all production items are logged into our production log.

Prepare ingredients such as fresh vegetables, sauces, cheeses, and meats for our pizzas and dishes.

Properly store and label prepped ingredients to maintain freshness and safety standards.

Assist with daily kitchen tasks, including stocking truck orders, organization, and FIFO.

Follow all food safety, sanitation, and quality standards.

Work collaboratively with the kitchen team to ensure smooth service and timely food preparation.

Requirements:

Previous experience as a prep cook or in a similar kitchen role preferred but not required.

Ability to work in a fast-paced kitchen environment.

Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality and cleanliness.

Current Food Handlers Certification or willingness to obtain one.

Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed.
