Overview: ATN Event Staffing is seeking energetic and dependable Event Staff for a cybersecurity conference. As part of our team you will be providing general event support.

About the event: Connect with the cybersecurity community and learn about groundbreaking ways to protect clients safety, gain insight on risk management, understand more about the threat landscape and build connections at this innovating summit. Join your fellow trailblazers as you connect with peers and experts to forge trusted partnerships, take part in a think tank and use this summit as a launchpad for your business.

Rate: $24.00/hr

Location: Austin, TX

Dates: Sunday, October 13th - Wednesday, October 16th (you aren't required to work all dates to be considered)

Shifts: Shift times and duration vary per role and shift. Most shifts are 7-12 hrs. Please discuss your availability with the staffing team when interviewing. We will do our best to place you in your preferred shift.

A brief paid training is provided on each event day and staff may be rotated between roles as needed

Job duties will be one or more of the following:

- Welcome guests and distribute pertinent information

- Assist with a seamless registration and check-in processes

- Offer directional support and manage lines efficiently

- Ensure room organization and monitor assigned areas

- Provide general event assistance as assigned

Qualifications:

Exhibit an outgoing and friendly demeanor, consistently upholding a professional image

Previous experience in retail, hospitality, brand ambassadorship, and/or customer service is a plus but not required

Advancement Opportunities: Successful candidates may be considered for future roles within this program and other similar high-profile events.

Referral Program: We offer $25.00/per staff referral and have multiple openings available for this event.
