Spicy Boys Fried Chicken is hiring a Supply Chain Associate. This position requires full-time morning availability with shifts starting at 5:00AM. The job is available to start immediately.

This is a unique job that will require a blend of communication, critical thinking, physical strength and endurance, and organization. This position requires punctuality, the ability to work independently and in a team, safely drive company vehicles, and consistently lift heavy objects.

Compensation

Per weekly pay period, we guarantee an hourly rate of $20.00. Full-time employees are eligible for health insurance benefits.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities

The essential functions include, but are not limited to the following:

- Picking, packing and delivering (driving) food and goods to locations daily

- Inputting inventory at locations when applicable

- Timeliness and reliability (Tardiness is never acceptable)

- Keeping individual station, company vehicles and commissary areas organized, orderly, and clean

- Periodically move large equipment between locations

- Periodically assisting the food preparation team

- Complete tasks assigned by Supply Chain Director and Commissary Manager

Requirements

- Be able to work times specified in Summary

- Must provide valid Driver's License

- Must provide valid Food Handler Certification

- Ability to proactively and calmly solve problems as they arise

- Willingness and ability to learn new skills

- Ability to lift 75+ lbs

- Delivery Driver, Logistics, Supply Chain, or Inventory Management experience preferred

- Kitchen/Restaurant experience preferred

- Ability to communicate with team members (bilingual encouraged)

- Stable job history
