Skillbridge Academy is seeking a creative and results-driven Marketing Specialist to join our team in Austin, Texas.In this role, you will help develop and execute marketing initiatives that strengthen brand awareness, support organizational growth, and effectively communicate the value of our programs and services.The ideal candidate is organized, creative, analytical, and comfortable managing multiple marketing projects while collaborating with different areas of the organization.ResponsibilitiesDevelop and support marketing campaigns aligned with company objectives.Assist in creating clear and compelling marketing materials.Conduct market and audience research to identify opportunities and emerging trends.Help maintain consistent brand messaging across marketing initiatives.Coordinate marketing projects, promotional activities, and campaign timelines.Analyze campaign performance and prepare reports with key insights.Collaborate with internal teams to support program launches and business initiatives.Identify opportunities to improve audience engagement and brand visibility.Assist with the development of presentations, promotional materials, and marketing communications.Track marketing activities and recommend improvements based on performance data.
