SVP Engineering

We are seeking an AI-native SVP / Head of Engineering to lead our global technology organisation. Reporting to the Chief Product Officer, you will be accountable for engineering performance, technology strategy, and delivery across our product portfolio.This role combines strategic leadership with deep technical expertise, driving the development of Industrial AI-powered enterprise solutions that deliver innovation, quality, and customer value at scale.Key ResponsibilitiesLead and scale high-performing global engineering teamsDefine and execute the technology and architecture strategy aligned to business goalsDrive AI-native engineering practices to improve productivity, quality, and innovationOwn end-to-end delivery across performance, scalability, security, and operationsEmbed strong engineering standards, governance, and data-driven decision makingPartner closely with Product and leadership to deliver customer-focused outcomesAttract, develop, and retain world-class engineering talent
