The ideal candidate will be a visionary leader with a strong track record in commercial and public Sector industries. This remote leadership role demands exceptional people and process management skills, as well as the ability to foster collaboration across various industry verticals to meet both technical and business objectives. This position will be full-time and remote .What You'll Do
Develop and execute comprehensive business development strategies to expand the company’s market presence and achieve growth targets
Lead the proposal development process from strategy to submission, ensuring alignment with organizational goals and compliance with client requirements
Innovate and develop technical solutions that address complex challenges and provide significant value to clients
Drive the growth of the business by identifying new opportunities and cultivating strong relationships with potential clients and industry partners
Manage and mentor a diverse team, fostering a culture of excellence, collaboration, and continuous improvement
Oversee operational processes to ensure efficiency, quality, and scalability of services
Collaborate with various verticals within the organization to ensure that technical and business needs are met in a cohesive and integrated manner
Provide thought leadership and contribute to the strategic direction of the company
What You'll Need
A minimum of 5 years of relevant experience developing and implementing growth strategies
Proven success in business development, with a demonstrated ability to drive growth and innovation
Strong leadership skills with experience in managing teams and processes effectively
Exceptional communication and collaboration abilities, with the skill to work effectively across different levels of an organization
Strategic thinker with excellent problem-solving skills and the capacity to create and implement comprehensive business development plans
Ability to work remotely with a high degree of self-motivation and discipline
Bachelor's degree in Business, Management, or a related field; advanced degree preferred
Physical Demands
Ability to safely and successfully perform the essential job functions consistent with the ADA and other federal, state, and local standards
Sedentary work that involves sitting or remaining stationary most of the time with occasional need to move around the office to attend meetings, etc.
Ability to conduct repetitive tasks on a computer, utilizing a mouse, keyboard, and monitors
