Description We are on the lookout for a Customer Service Representative to join our team in Austin, Texas. With a primary focus on customer interactions, you will be tasked with making calls to providers, inviting them to join our in-network program and gathering their information for processing by our team. This role offers a short-term contract employment opportunity in the telecom industry.Responsibilities: Initiate and handle phone calls to providers, inviting them to join our in-network program. Collect and process provider information for further action by our team. Answer inbound calls, providing exceptional customer service and resolving inquiries. Utilize Microsoft Excel and Word for data entry and order entry. Maintain and manage customer service data and records accurately. Correspond with customers via email, addressing their needs and concerns. Handle both inbound and outbound calls, ensuring all customer needs are met. Schedule appointments as necessary, managing and organizing schedules effectively. Maintain a high level of efficiency and organization in all tasks. Uphold the standards and reputation of the company in all customer interactions. Requirements Proficiency in answering inbound calls and managing inbound and outbound calls in a call center environment Demonstrated experience in providing exceptional customer service Ability to perform data entry tasks accurately and efficiently Skilled in written communication, particularly email correspondence Proficient in Microsoft Excel and Microsoft Word for data management and documentation Experience in order entry, with attention to detail and accuracy Ability to schedule appointments effectively, considering company and customer needs Strong problem-solving skills and ability to handle customer complaints diplomatically Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, both verbal and written Ability to work independently and in a team, demonstrating reliability and accountability Willingness to learn and adapt to new technologies and systems as required Ability to multitask, prioritize, and manage time effectively in a fast-paced environment High school diploma or equivalent; higher education or certifications in related fields are a plus.
