Collectively these capabilities are some of the most frequently used experiences by our Retail Clients across the web and mobile application. These platforms ensure clients can effectively manage their profile and preferences and contact Schwab when they have a question.The role is a key leader of digital client experience, providing both product and people leadership to a high visibility area.What you’ll doChampioning product and client needs:

You will lead and inspire a team of product managers

You will be responsible for strategic vision and technical execution of our capabilities and client experiences

You will translate product vision into specific deliverables, and ensure rigor in execution and attention to detail by effectively managing the product backlog

You will be at the forefront of evolving the way we work across teams and the company by practicing design thinking, outcome-orientation, and product experimentation

Proactive problem-solving:

You will frame challenges as problems that are solved through critical thinking, trade-offs, and collaboration

You will focus on business impact and come up with actionable recommendations informed by high quality data analysis and metrics

You will build key relationships and influence other teams to deliver exceptional client experiences and deliver shared outcomes

Leading a team:

You will motivate the team to leverage individual strengths in order to move past difficult situations and help them achieve their career goals

You will drive modern digital product management principles, and serve as a leader across technology and product teams

You will help foster an environment of trust, and communicate effectively within the team and across stakeholders

What you haveRequirements:

Bachelor's degree

A minimum of 8 years in increasingly responsible digital product leadership

Documented motivational people leadership - High EQ and ability to lead people through challenging projects and initiatives

Expert Communicator – Superior communication skills, able to communicate complex messages and trade-offs and tell a compelling story

Proven track record at large financial services companies

Preferred Requirements:

Outstanding organizational skills - Ability to track multiple products in parallel

Effective relationship builder and influencer - ability to partner cross-functionally and work effectively with complex interpersonal situations

Good understanding and/or experience with financial services regulations
