CANDIDATE SKILLS AND QUALIFICATIONSMinimum Requirements:5 Years Required Experience developing mappings and workflows to automate ETL processes using Informatica Power Center.5 Years Required Experiencing acquiring and integrating data from multiple data sources/technologies using Informatica Power Center for use by a Tableau data visualization object. Data source technologies should include Oracle, SQL Server, Microsoft Excel, Microsoft Acce5 Years Required Experience designing and developing complex Oracle SQL scripts that are fast and efficient5 Years Required Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with experience as a system analyst for a data analytics, performance management system, or data warehousing project.5 Years Required Technical writing and diagraming skills, including proficiency with modeling and mapping tools (e.g., Visio, Erwin), and the Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, an4 Years Required Experience in planning and delivering software platforms used across multiple products and organizational units.4 Years Required Experience on an agile sprint team4 Years Required Proven ability to write well designed, testable, efficient code by using best software development practices4 Years Required Understanding of security principles and how they apply to healthcare data4 Years Required Experience with state-of-the-art software components for a performance metrics data visualization or business intelligence environment4 Years Required Excellent oral and written communication skills.4 Years Required Effectively manage multiple responsibilities, prioritize conflicting assignments, and switch quickly between assignments, as required.4 Years Required Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or Business or equivalent experience.Preferred:4 Years Preferred Experience designing and developing scripts using Python3 Years Preferred Prior experience in the Healthcare Industry2 Years Preferred Experience with JIRA software2 Years Preferred Prior experience with an HHS agency2 Years Preferred Prior experience working with PII or PHI data2 Years Preferred Prior experience working with HL7 data2 Years Preferred Expertise and hands on experience with Web Applications and programming languages such as HTML, CSS, JavaScript, JQuery and API’s2 Years Preferred Prior experience creating website/user interfaces by using standards HTML/CSS practices2 Years Preferred Functional knowledge or hands on design experience with Web Services (REST, SOAP, etc.)2 Years Preferred Experience developing dashboards and reports using Tableau, including connecting to external data sources.OTHER SPECIAL REQUIREMENTS:Python experienceETL experience (Informatica preferred)Strong SQL experienceMedicaid or Public Health experienceGood understanding of HL7 V2 and V3 data structuresOMAP knowledge/experience:The Observational Medical Outcomes Partnership (OMOP) CDM model for Electronic Health Records (HER)Azure cloud development platform experience, Azure Data Factory is a plus
