Very stable and sought after Organization is seeking a Human Resources Coordinator for a contract-to-hire opportunity. You will provide coordination support to the Human Resources Team for employee Leave Management, Human Resources Compliance, Employee Benefits and Wellness, and general Human Resources coordination in support of organizational transitions.

Employee Leave Management and Compliance Coordination and Support

Employee Leave Management administration
Compliance administration
Job Description management

Employee Benefits and Wellness Coordination and Support

Annual Benefits Open Enrollment
Annual Benefits and Wellness events
Benefits Invoices
Benefits and Wellness reimbursements
New employee benefits administration

General Human Resources Coordination and Support

Employee events in support of organizational transition
Verification of employments
Unemployment claims

To be successful, you should possess the following:

High School Diploma or equivalent (Bachelor’s Degree in Human Resources or related field preferred.
5+ years of Human Resources support experience
5+ years of high-level customer service experience
Proven experience working with HRIS systems
Working knowledge of applicable state and federal Human Resources-related laws and regulations
Proficient with Microsoft Excel and strong knowledge of Microsoft Word

Preferred Requirements

Bachelor’s Degree in Human Resources or related field
Proven experience administering employee benefits
Proven experience working with Ultimate software
Current Human Resources industry-specific certifications or designations

This will be a hybrid role after October 18, 2021 requiring 2-3 days in office and 2-3 days remote Luna Data Solutions has over 20 years experience placing candidates in the Information Technology arena.
