CAD Drafter - Surveying Technician

Carlson, Brigance & Doering, an Austin-based surveying and civil engineering firm, is currently accepting applications for a CAD Drafter or Survey Technician. Qualified applicants must have experience working with AutoCAD Civil 3D, with preference given to those with home production or residential development projects on the land surveying side.

Daily activities will be to prepare survey drawings, plats, and related deliverables from field collected data and working closely with team members that include an RPLS, team Leader and field crews. This position offers the opportunity to contribute to a variety of land development projects across all of Central Texas.

Requirements:

Proficient in AutoCAD Civil 3D (mandatory)

Experience with Trimble Business Center is a plus

Background in Surveying and/or Land development is a plus

Strong attention to detail, accuracy, and organization

Ability to work both independently and as part of a team
