Job Overview:

We are seeking a reliable and customer-focused Attendant to join our team. As an Attendant, you will be responsible for providing exceptional hospitality services and ensuring the cleanliness and organization of our facility. This is a great opportunity to work in a dynamic environment and develop your skills in customer service, cash handling, and laundry.

Duties:

- Manage cash and credit transactions accurately and efficiently using a cash register.

- Maintain a clean and tidy environment, including restocking supplies and performing laundry daily tasks.

- Provide exceptional customer service, ensuring a welcoming and comfortable experience for all guests.

- Handle cash, credit card transactions, and process payments accurately.

- Perform laundry duties, including washing, and folding for residential and commercial customers.

- Clean and maintain all areas of the facility, including the lobby, guest rooms, and public spaces.

- Maintain the security and safety of the facility by adhering to all security procedures and reporting any incidents to management.

- Demonstrate a strong commitment to providing a high level of customer service and ensuring a positive guest experience.

Requirements:

- Proven experience in customer service and hospitality.

- Basic math skills to handle cash transactions accurately.

- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.

- Physical stamina to perform laundry and cleaning duties.

- Excellent communication and organizational skills.

- Ability to handle cash and perform cash handling duties.

- Ability to work in a team environment and adapt to changing priorities.

- A passion for providing exceptional customer service and ensuring a clean and welcoming environment for all guests.

Job Types: Full-time, Part-time

Pay: $14.00 - $16.00 per hour with the opportunity for tips

Expected hours: 30 – 40 per week
