$17/Hour guaranteed starting wage. We pay Salary plus Comission. Most of our entry level associates make $19 - $20 per hour.

Unlike the large chains and even most of the small operators, we own all of the land our stores sit on. We own the shopping centers so our rents don’t go up and we don’t cut employees pay. Our average employee has been here over 7 years. We operate like a large company with a small company feel. We put our employees and customers first. We have a vision for the Pawn Business and we have no intention of letting loose of that vision.

All of our Assistants and Managers have been trained and promoted from within. As a Manager, your earning potential is above $60,000 per year. There is tremendous growth potential in the Pawn industry and now is the time to take advantage of the opportunities and training our company can provide:

- We are hiring motivated employees who want to learn and thrive in a vibrant industry. Experience is not necessary, we will train you.

- Starting Employees here make a 6% commission on every dollar they sell everyday; they are guaranteed a min of $17.00 per hour just to start. Assistants make $18.00 to $20.00 per hour and a 1st assistant even more.

- When we promote at Top Cash Pawn we do so based on: Performance, Reliability, and Experience. Notice that Performance was first on that list and Experience was last!

- Rapid advancement is possible for the right employee and we have multiple Assistants who have been with us less than a year!
