The successful candidate for this position will have the opportunity to join UTA during an exciting period of growth and contribute as the university broadens its impact.Job SummaryProvide support to Warehouse Supervisor with receiving, assembling, and shipping Extension and Extended Campus course materials.Essential Duties and Responsibilities

Receives and inspects incoming materials. Unpacks, verifies quality, quantity, and stores goods.

Packs required course materials to ship to training site to ensure on time course delivery.

Processes returned course materials and returns to stock.

Enter data into course software system and inventory management system as needed and prepares required course and inventory reports.

Provides back-up to Warehouse Supervisor.

Delivers materials to UTA main campus, Continuing Education building.

Other duties as assigned.

Minimum Qualifications

High School Diploma/GED. Two years of receiving, storing, and issuing supplies and equipment experience or equivalent experience.

Basic keyboarding skills. Must have a valid Texas Driver’s License.

Preferred Qualifications

Experience working in logistics, distribution, or warehouse environment.

Knowledge, Skills and Abilities

Must be able to use MS Office.

Will make deliveries using a UTA vehicle.

Other RequirementsWorking Conditions

Works in an air-conditioned warehouse environment.

May work occasional overtime.
