Facilities Manager

You are you a Facilities Manager with experience with operational excellence and team leadership? Experian is looking for a dynamic and experienced professional to oversee our Allen campus facilities. This is a full time onsite role, reporting to the Senior Facilities Manager, where you'll lead a team, manage vendor relationships, and ensure our facilities run smoothly, securely, and sustainably.As our Facilities Manager, you'll be responsible for:Lead and develop a team of supervisors and staff, including staffing, coaching, performance management, and salary planning.Manage departmental financial and operational goals, including budgeting and strategic planning.Oversee contracts and vendor relationships for services such as security, landscaping, cafeteria, and fitness center.Ensuring the security system is fully functional and compliant, including hiring and managing contract security officers.Coordinate special events (e.g., blood drives, food/toy drives) and supporting our teams with facility needs.Monitor and maintain preventive maintenance schedules and records.Manage facility drawings and charts using software tools.Utilize automated energy management systems to optimize utility usage.Review and approve invoices and requisitions related to facilities operations.
