Database Developer

Description Are you a Database Developed with an extensive background in relational databases? Then this opportunity offered through Robert Half may be for you. In this role, you will have responsibility for developing and building database architecture. If you are skilled at writing queries and enjoy designing systems, we cannot wait to hear from you about this great Database Developer role. This position is an opportunity for short-term contract / contract employment, based in the Addison, Texas area.Responsibilities

Create a database schema based on application-related function and data type

Build an efficient data storage method for the database

Supply documentation as well as training to the Database Administrator and other users, when necessary

Design, code, and carry new relational databases Requirements - Understanding and know-how to fix potential issues, and background with industry standards for database operations

Previous experience working as a Database Developer or a related role

Good understanding of query coding and relational databases

Strong familiarity with SSIS ETL

Expertise in extract transform loads
