On the Hilton Reservations and Customer Care (HRCC) team, you will report to the Senior Manager of Customer Excellence. You will apply multiple project management skills for multiple initiatives and business-as-usual activities, requiring the use of project management tools, data collection and analysis, and process fundamentals. In this role, it is critical to understand customer service or contact center business and the ability to partner with teams across the organization. Manage HRCC internal and corporate project deliverables using industry-standard project management tools

Maintain project trackers and artifacts for management of new project requests, and work with teams to build cases for project approvals

Conduct and document business plans

Study and document standard processes and implement change to improve efficiency

How you will collaborate with others:

Partner with Process Analyst to study, document, and implement business and process changes

Participate in project meetings representing HRCC, and document business discussions, outcomes, actions, and risks

Bring teams together to document project tasks, assign owners and timelines, and create a project framework for follow-up and execution

Communicate the status of projects, calling out risks and accomplishments

What projects you will take ownership of:

As part of HRCC Shared Services, manage projects related to ongoing HRCC contact center operations, which include implementations, new site launches, and other projects

WHY YOU'LL BE A GREAT FITYou have these minimum qualifications:

Two years of project management, agile, or business process experience

Two years of experience working in a contact center environment

Command of PowerPoint, Excel (can maintain complex spreadsheets), Project, and familiarity with process tools such as VISIO, with the ability to build compelling stories with data, text, and visualization tools

Travel less than 10%

It would be useful if you have:

Two (2) years of experience in project management or process/project management

PMP or relevant project management or Agile certification
