Point Pleasant Resort seeking Maintenance Technician

Maintenance Department has immediate opening for an experienced full time maintenance technician. Candidates must have good communication skills, good work ethics, be able to perform general handyman duties and be physically fit to work in all conditions. This handyman is a professional, a team player, someone who can follow direction and performs a wide variety of repair and maintenance tasks and possesses the ability to safely use common maintenance and power tools. These tasks can include things like minor electrical, plumbing, cabinet, door and window repairs, painting, concrete work, small projects, landscaping and grounds maintenance. Must be willing to work weekends and holidays
