Proactively search for and identify new projects and clients — including housing societies, and other relevant channels — to grow the customer base.Understand client requirements and present product solutions that best satisfy their needs in terms of quality, pricing, and timely delivery.Offer hands-on product knowledge, conduct demonstrations, and provide pre-sales technical assistance to clients, contractors, and applicators.Plan and execute sales strategies to meet or exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets; support and coordinate sales initiatives and project-specific solutions.Monitor outstanding payments, follow up for collections, and ensure timely recovery in coordination with the finance team.Build and maintain strong, long-term relationships with clients, ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction and repeat business.
