Small, local window cleaning business in the Tri-Cities area looking for dependable help. I need someone who’s not afraid of physical work and can handle being on ladders, carrying equipment, and moving steadily throughout the day.

No experience required — I’ll train the right person. Just bring a good attitude, reliability, and willingness to learn.

Details:

Pay: $16–$20/hr depending on experience and reliability

Schedule: 4–5 days per week

Typical hours: 9am–5:30pm

Work includes: setting up ladders, wiping windows, detailing frames, and cleaning screens

Must be able to lift 40 lbs and work outside

Must have reliable transportation and a phone for communication
