Handyman needed

I’m looking for a good handyman who is dependable, has his own truck and tools and is good with occupied properties.

This would not be a full-time job, I would be calling whenever I have an issue with a property.

However, I am in the process of improving some of my rentals right now, so there is fairly steady work
