Job Summary:

QE Roofing is looking for a sales rep that can interact directly with customers through the sales process. You will be responsible for identifying a customer's needs, presenting relevant products or services, and ensure each customer has an unforgettable great experience. Self-motivated person with strong people skills.

Duties/Responsibilities:

Meet with homeowners in a professional manner

Inspect roof and property to determine the scope of work needed

Work with insurance companies and adjusters as required

Assist customers in selecting materials and colors used for the job

Highly organized, self-motivated and able to contribute to a team environment

Develop leads through canvassing and networking

Maintain clean, neat, and professional appearance

Ability to perform a well-defined sales process

Able to safely and confidently walk on roofs

Required Skills/Abilities:

Excellent verbal and written communication skills.

Proficient with technology, including: CRM Program, Email, Go Pro, Laptop

Understanding of roofing products and roofing techniques

Excellent personal and customer service skills

Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail

Clean driving record

Education and Experience:

High school diploma or equivalent.

At least two years' related experience required.
