Hiring: General Maintenance Contractor for Short Term Rental Property

We need independent contractor help for a portfolio of about 60 short term rentals in Nashville. These requests can range from minor repairs to furniture or appliances, fixing light bulbs, toilets that don't work, minor lighting, replacing or building furniture, etc

Availability: We don't always know when requests will come in. We will communicate with you as we receive them and work with you to have them resolved as quickly as possible. We use a software that will distribute work to you and my assistant coordinates.

Expectation of work: 20-30 hours of work per week

Requirements:

- Must be a proactive communicator

- Must be willing to utilize our Slack, Notion, and Hospitable software to communicate with us and coordinate maintenance work

- Must have reliable transportation

- Must live within 30 minutes of downtown

You must have general contractors liability insurance up to $50k. You will be asked to include proof of that during our initial onboarding
