Grower/farm labor ($20/hour) - Full and part time work available

We’re a mushroom farm looking for a full-time worker to help with general labor starting ASAP. You will initially be hired on a short term basis 2 weeks for a trial period, transitioning into long term, full-time employment if mutually fit.

If you aren't available to work full time, we are also searching for someone to work part-time on a short-term scheduled basis.

Workers must have experience with manual labor or farm labor. You will be responsible for forking hay to prepare mushroom substrate and loading substrate into growing trays. You will also be involved with mushroom harvesting, packaging mushrooms, and inventory management.

Candidates must:

-Be able to commute to Beechgrove, TN consistently for an 8am start each weekday

- Be physically capable, able to lift 50lb. consistently

- Be excited about mushroom farming/agricultural and hard working

- Experience interacting with spreadsheets on a basic level is a plus

Wage: $20/hr.
